Just been reading this.

Members of HT could have told them that.
I do note that they send people to these places posing as guests. Wonder if I could get a job doing that?

Links to the Daily Mail had to be blocked, to comply with their rather unusual copyright policy. However, looking at that policy again now, I think there may have been some recent changes which might allow us to lift that block again. We will need to make further checks.
Meantime you can find the article by googling 'Travel website exposes holiday companies who 'Photoshop' glossy brochure images'.

Ooh I would like a job posing as a holiday guest too! It would have to be decent accomodation though, I am not staying at a flea pit

ironic that on the day that journalistic honesty falls to new lows, they complain about tour operators!
There's a valid story to be dug up but not on that link (I guessed which bits to alter!) - I don't think having yellow and orange paint in the gym for instance would ruin a holiday. As published it's just some relatively trivial stuff no doubt prepared by the website mentioned in search of publicity. If these are the worst cases the investigators could find I'd make them walk home!
