I did do a search for this, but I couldn't find anything relevant.

My partner and I are going to Los Angeles in december we're looking at car hire companies, but as she's 22 most appear to charge a, quite expensive young drivers fee. Is there anything that can be done, or is there a company that wont charge a painful surcharge? It doesn't matter if she's listed as the second driver (as im 26, I'll primarily be doing the driving).
