Staying in Rising Star apartments, so either Protaras strip or Pernera reccomendations please. Not bothered about how far or how much .. just want some nice meals. Cheers

One of the best restaurants is just up from you on the left called Astoria, then down at the fig tree bay end of the strip is the Corner restaurant, been going there for ten years, turn right at the top of the foad from the rising star and then right at the sphinx bar and the first restaurant is the anatolia which is very good

Promises/Promessa restaurant is one of our favourites. It's upstairs directly opposite fig tree bay. The restaurant is actually in 2 halves owned by the same people. To the left, is 'Promessa' which specialises in Italien dishes, to the right, 'Promises' which serves international cuisine. (you can order from either menu in both). I would definitely recommend it.

I can recommend La Cultural de Gusto in Pernera excellent food and service and the owners are really nice nothing is too much trouble. Also in Pernera Il Cavilierre an Italian restaurant again excellent
