The below link can give you an idea of what sort of thing is available, even if you don't go with Eden Tours. (I've only used them for airport transfers. They were reliable for that but I've no personal experience of their tours and excursions).

Can't help at the moment with prices, although they are quite reasonable. Somewhere I have an old price list for Eden Tours - if I find it I'll post the prices up - you'd just need to allow for the possibility of small increase as it's not from this year. Or you could email them and see if they'll provide up to date prices - but do that soon, I've not found many places in Tunisia that respond all that quickly to emails!
