Hi
Apologies in advance, I've had a look and not sure where this thread should be posted
I'm flying out of Luton (flt no TOM228) on the 7th Sept for 14 nights staying at the Cornelia Deluxe in Belek
My question is please
Is it "cheaper" to buy cigarettes at the airport or on the flight out
Thanks in advance for advice
John
Hi Darren
hi, i know the allowance for bringing cigs/tobacco back from turkey is 200 cigs but if i bought some on the flight going out there are they counted the same as buying them in turkey?
just realised my last post wasnt very clear. i meant that if i bought some and as i dont smoke i would be bringing them back for a friend would i still only be able to have the same allowance as if i had bought them in turkey
You can only legally bring 200 back in to the UK regardless of where you purchased them. More details on the following topic: DUTYFREE/CIGARETTES.
