We have membership of a timeshare type complex in Costa Teguise and are looking to book a Thomson flight and transfer.

Their website procedure advises that customers taking these transfers are liable to be taken to a central location, which is hardly convenient, as our accommodation is close by the Coronas Playa Hotel.

As this is a Thomsons Gold establishment, I would assume that the coach (is that what they use ?) would drop off at the hotel, just as they would with package holiday bookings going there.

Has anybody experienced such a Thomson transfer before ?

If they don't transfer direct we would be better off booking with an outfit working out of Arrecife airport who do so.
