Hi all
Went to benidorm the 11th sept for a week staying at the helios hotel flying with thomas cook .On the 11th delayed 1 hr from glasgow and a 30 minute delay yesterday all in all wasnt to bad as manchester flight was delayed 3hrs yesterday could have been more.
Transfers with thomas cook went well 2 stops 1 at perla and the rest at helios departure helios,buddys bar the perla great transfers .

HOTEL
The helios was a very nice and clean hotel rooms are very big compared to all the other hotels ive stayed in 1st 2nd 3rd floors have been refurbished and are very nice so request one of these floors if going to this hotel.
Staff are very nice no complaints at all nothing was a bother to them ,Now for what a paid for this hotel i cant complain but to be honest the food was not the best ive had in all the years in benidorm .The lunch and dinner menu was much the same all week the chef did cook fish most nights at the far end of the restaurant not much choice of meats or puddings but i like the salad bar but hubby found it very hard to make a meal up with what was out .
But again it didnt put us off as we ate out a few nights still very cheap and if i got a deal for this hotel yes i would return .

Entertainment
Well it was more for the spanish guests but as i dont go to benidorm to stay in hotel as theres to much to do and see in the resort lots of great acts .
We did go and see a few acts but to be honest it was the same jokes and show that we saw 6 wks previous but still enjoyed ourselves as we always do .

We had a great night meeting up with all the other members from the 3 other forums it was good to put faces to the names ended up a good night .

All in all had a great week weather was fantastic and now looking for another deal mazza
