Marrakesh in Morocco? Can't recommend any particular AI hotel but there are some nice 5* hotels - like the Mamounia. http://www.madein-marrakech.com/hotel/hotel-5-etoiles/rubrique25.html might be a good starting point.
Nice weather in Egypt in February!
It's also the ideal time to visit the Middle East. Alternatively Cape Verde is a similar flight time.
