The hotels in Sorrento don't seem to offer All-inclusive. The only one I have noticed is the Nastro Azzurro near Sant Agata. This is definitely in a hilly area and you would have to rely mostly on the hotel courtesy bus Several hotels described as being located in Sorrento are actually out of town, possibly in a hilly area. Be careful when booking.
