Hi
Does anyone use Imedeem before going on hols?
tablets from boots tan optimizer but they do anti aging vitamins aswell.
Years ago (in the 80's) lol, I bought some "tanning tablets" from Boots, they called them Orobronze. Well they were fantastic, I came back from my holidays with a fantastic deep tan. The instructions said to maintain the tan take 2 tablets per day, well I wanted mine to go even darker so I doubled up on the dosage and took 4 a day. Lovely colour stayed until one morning I woke up and I was bright orange! Seriously I was like a carrot... Soles of my feet, even the whites of my eyes were orange, lol, took 3 weeks to fade. The moral of this is to tell you to please keep to the instructions, unless you want to walk about like a Belicia beacon....
I used to take orobronze. They were awesome. Never doubled up quantity but did go on a sunbed. My palms started to go an orangey colour.
Took them one year when we had a seriously long hot summer and I went black. People used to ask me if it was false and stroke my arm to see if it came off???
I wish you could still get them. I've tried tan tablets from health food shops but never found anything that makes a visible difference.
I wonder if Imedeen are about the same?I might try them and see, lol .
I might try them myself. They aren't a self tanner though like orobronze.
I think these may still be available from Holland and Barrett.
I think they help with the aging effects of the sun. I'm getting to that age where I want a tan but don't want all the wrinkles. Don't wanna end up like Madge from benidorm.
Are they like the Silversun tablets you used to get years ago
Be VERY wary of buying them from eBay sellers, 9 times out of 10 they're out of date or have very short date left on them
I've still not decided whether to try them or not. I always ask Ebay sellers for the sell by dates on things, if appropriate.
