this is a fairly new development of private villas,apartments and a hotel it appears to be located either adjacent to [or in place of] the Maistrali apart hotel at the back of fig tree bay...

I'm assuming a hotel by the description in the prospectus for investors, it looks like a hotel but it may have been re-designated as apartments

Good evening. I can answer any of your questions about teh Coralli Spa Resort as I have purchased one of the Apartments and am renting the apartment out at the moment. The complex is at the far end of Protaras, the opposite end to where the McDonalds is situated. It's less than 5 minutes walk to the strip, and around 5/6 mins to Fig Tree Bay. The complex itself now boasts Gym/Spa/Sauna and it is hoped that the Restaurant in the basement will shortly be open. Hope this helps. I know I'm biased but I think the place (and the resort in general) is absolutely wonderful.

thanks for your reply, the apartments look great and the location is perfect now i know its only a five minute walk to the strip..... I'm so jealous of you owning one..
