To use RSS feeds you need an RSS reader. We recommend FeedReader from http://www.feedreader.com Once installed you can subscribe to the particular forums you are interested in. To do this right click the RSS button on the main page next to the forum you are interested in and select copy shortcut. Paste this into the new feed option in FeedReader.
FeedReader is freeware.
