Yesterday the CY government REDUCED the VAT on alcoholic drinks to 8% in restaurants and tavern's [and other eat in establishments ...not take aways etc], not that i can ever see the Cypriot owners passing on any to the beleagued patrons [they will just continue moaning that custom is down]
