I just booked on-line last night and then rang through this morning to add on my special requests. they will match the price over the phone if you prefer to do it that way but you can go through http://www.quidco.com for 2% cashback or http://www.topcasback.co.uk giving 3% back at the moment if booking online.

Quidco will give you the percentage off the total price and will start to track at the time of booking, I believe. So it won't matter how you choose to pay.

As Shirley says, Quidco or TCB will track at the full amount of the holiday.
