Well it looks like my call was logged even though I replaced the receiver when I heard the French lingo. A couple of hours later they rang me back. What a lovely woman she was, and only lives 40min away from me. She said that the best thing would be to cancel all the booking, and re-book a full package that included lift passes too. This saved us £200 as the full package was cheaper than booking everything individually.

If this company is part of the normal Holiday Extras I will endorse Marlous post about good customer service. I had a problem booking a hotel room at Heathrow Airport last October, the website wouldn't accept my booking and I finally rang the help number. A very pleasant woman fixed the problem and later sent me a email asking me if everything was OK.
