Do you mean Aioli, if so you can buy it in most supermarkets it's quite easy to make yourself if you can't find it.

Alioli is best in 'Patatas alioli' - yummy. It's a certainty in all Galician bars, although Alioli is from Valencia.

EASY ...sainsburys m&s do it,..and the best Ive had is...homemade...buy normal mayo..add some lazy garlic, and olive oil and an egg thats been beaten...mix and serve add a little parsley on top..delish with gambus pil pil and patatas bravas..:O0 my fave
