Shamus , we used them for a trip from Sharm to Cairo in January 2010 - excellent service - picked up from hotel - dropped at airport and taken to departure desk - we had our own guide waiting for us at Cairo and she took us round where we wanted to go - pyramids, Egyptian musuem etc - got the impression she was on commission at some of the places she took us - but no pressure to buy at any of them
