My wife and I stayed here two years ago.It is suitable for disabled people but there are a few steps now and again. My wife is disabled and got about the hotel with no problems. We hired a scooter and it was charged in reception. Personaly we would not go back to this hotel (we went in October) it was very tired , awful carpets in the room, no TV , food totally average,mouldy fruit, one waiter ,on the plus side the pool has the best view in Majorca, nice freindly receptionist (english)

If you are staying in the main hotel building which is on the sea side of the promenade there are a few steps to get up to reception (off the top of my head I'd say about 8 ) .....on saying that I am sure I saw a ramp while we were there last year.

The annexe which is opposite and on the land side of the promenade has no steps to the entrance....they have a lot of rooms on ground floor with nice looking sun terraces.

Pool area is very nice with a bar for your daytime drinks....we spent many afternoons there last summer. Plenty of evening entertainment and there's a delicious smelling crepe stand outside the main building on a night.

As for going half board, haven't every eaten there so can't comment on the food but there are a lot of restaurants within a few yards of the hotel so you really won't struggle to find somewhere to eat...there are several just along the promenade in both directions offering both English and continental food. Plenty in and around the harbour if you want to walk a little further.

If you go you'll have to pay Eileen & Pedro a visit...they have a small supermarket on the back road just along from the Atolon annexe...Pedro makes a mean sarnie to order for just €1.60 and Eileen does a free book exchange at the till.
