Should be warm, usually around 22° could be up to 25° so you will need to take some summer clothes. Do pack something warm for the evenings and maybe a rainjacket, I've been in that part of Italy in May when we've had some rain.
Spring is a lovely time to visit before the extreme summer heat arrives.
