well Santa eulalia is a working town.so your loooking at going to nother resort around the same.sorry none really match it.
if you want a chill hols then cala longa/es cana are nice.san an bay has a bit more life.
playa den bossa is nice,not far from ibizatown you can walk it.
other resort up north end are really quite.no big shops etc.

I dont think there are any resorts quite like SE,The nearest I can think of of is Puerto Pollensa in Majorca.
