The Kadikale is brilliant! We were there in 2009 and have left a review (Mike T). The hotel is great and it had just been renovated when we went. The rooms are really smart with nice big beds, decent bathroom and good size. The Thomas Cook rooms were in the gardens at the top of the hotel, this was quite a walk from the bar / restaurant but was quieter on a night. You have to climb alot of steps to get to these rooms so no good for people with difficulty walking. Saying that you can walk to the rooms via the beach front and pool and you only have a few steps.
Food was excellent, always loads of choice and top notch standard - soup and bread at midnight was the best! No free ice cream on AI though which is a first for us.
Easy to get to town on the Dolmus from the end of the drive and only 15 mins.
The only bad thing is the transfer, 2 hours from Bodrum with a change of bus halfway through.
Any questions, give me a shout.
