I want to go to Montenegro on Thursday October 6th to watch the International Footy match between Montenegro & England. However, am struggling to get a direct flight. All flights seem to include 1 stop and the round trip is 18 hours one way in some cases. The match is in Podgorica. Anyone got any travel ideas? Best way of getting there? Is it possible/advisable to fly to somewhere else and hire a car to travel to Podgorica? Ideally I want to return on Saturday 8th. Would prefer to travel from Manchester but realise this may not be possible so London or anywhere else will suffice.

Sorry I don't know which airlines fly into Tivat. We stayed near Dubrovnik a few years ago and drove into Montenegro which is only about 5 miles from the airport. You should be able to get a flight there from Manchester. Also Jet 2 fly there from Leeds I believe. We passed Tivat on our drive round. Hope you get sorted out.
