i have been lucky enough to win 2 flights with monarch so ive just booked for hubby and i to go to tenerife on 13th oct for a week.

ive looked round the many web sites but really am at a loss as we no nothing about tenerife.

i thought the best thing to do would be to ask you experts!

a couple of things....

as we are flying into the south of tenerife...and we dont want to spend hours on a transfer shuttle what area would you suggest we go to?

we are looking for a quiet week away, all inclusive, but within easy walking distance of shops/bars/attractions etc...

a reasonably priced hotel thats clean and good food.
