the SW14 address supplied by fwh rang an alarm bell with me, I've double checked and I was right, I've seen it before. It's a firm of accountants that specialises in travel companies and last time it was Ola Holidays/ Travelola who have a thread of their own. Basically no-one from lowcost will be there, it's jsut a legal accomodation for tax and accounting purposes. Lowcost's website gives the address in East Grinstead, that is known to Royal Mail as genuine. The building is a fair size and is also home to ResortHoppa transfers and a couple of property developers. It is the address use dby ABTA when they fined Lowcost in April this year, see http://www.abta.com/about/industry_standards/code_of_conduct_decisions

It is the registered office according to companies house. It would also be the address to which anyone considering taking legal action would serve the papers on.

I also had issues trying to contact lowcostholidays.com but my friend contacted them on onlineanswers@lowcostholidays.com with her booking reference and they got back to her stright away.
