Hi
My partner is very keen on Egypt in November. She is keen on lots of lounging around in the sun on a beach and by a pool in an all inclusive site. However I am keen on keeping busy. Lots of activities daytime and evening activities/entertainment.
Can anyone suggest a place that could give us the best of both worlds. Or just a fun resort.
Thanks
We stayed at the Sindbad Aqua hotel in Hurghada last November and as the name suggests it includes a large aqua park with restaurants and bars free to residents.
You can use the sister hotel over the road which is on the beach.
There is also a marina here with a small nautical museum, submarines and glass bottom boats.
Theres 11 restaurants and numerous bars.
The entertainment area is enormous with lots of seating,2 bars and a restaurant.
Theres 10 pin bowling alley and the area outside the hotel is lovely with a long traffic free boulevard.
We are hoping to go back this November.

Egyptians are never big on evening entertainment although most of the larger hotels do at least provide some . Just going down the sharm route here , if you choose one of the larger well established hotels there should be plenty to keep you occupied in the day and you could always head on down to Naama bay of an evening if you want to get out and about . There is Pasha and hardrock down there if you want that too.
We always stay at the Hilton in sharks bay so I'm losing touch with the amount of hotels springing up but also have a look at Tropicana grand azure, Aqua blu, Concorde , jaz mirabel maybe . The is also the coral sea resort and the holiday village but they could well be too family orientated for a young couple .
