I booked the lounge online but they sent me a confirmation for the wrong terminal. Long story, short. Got a refund from Paypal.

Has anyone gone to the VIP lounge and just paid on arrival - any trouble getting in, or was it full ?

You can book and pay as you use it. Or you can ask your holiday hotel rep to book it for you. Didn't look full when we were there in Sept.

I'm afraid we never got to take advantage of it. We'd booked in to the VIP on the way home after our holiday in Cancun last year. However, there was a 9 hour delay on the flight so when we eventually got to the airport the VIP section was closed. We did get a refund from First Choice.
