People please beware of using this company, I booked a holiday on line, they rung me up the day after and said the holiday I booked was 150 pound more but they had found me an alternative.
All good and it was cheaper, then they took my money then tried to confirme the holiday and the plane seats had gone. So I am left with no holiday actually booked with them, but they have my money and won't give it back (waiting 7 days so far) and a 12 year old in tears because of no holiday. I have found so many deals since then but can't book them because holiday gems believe they can take your money before hand, then take their time refunding. They also promised a manager would call me within the hour three days later still waiting.............................. Ps I used to work for Lunn Poly, it takes seconds to un -confirming a holiday, if within the day. No reason to take money before hand, also just for reference for you guys, when they put the refund on the machine it take 48 hours, any more it is company policy to give them more time, ok if you had actually booked the holiday, but I have had no booking from holiday gems .
