It's been a while since I was last at the Riviera (2005) but we emailed to ask for a fridge in the room and if I remember rightly I had to email a few times before they responded. I had been told that there isn't enough fridges for every room and would be better to request one before I went

Sorry can't remember how much it was but it couldn't have been that much. Not sure if they have changed the fridges since 2005 but back then they were proper larder
fridges with the freezer drawer at the top, not the minibar fridges that you find in most hotel rooms.

i would like to thank you all for your replies, the hotel has just replied to my emails.
so i shall post the reply for anyone else`s information. you can book a refridgerator on arrival
if they have any left, at a cost of 3 euro`s per day. john.
