We're going to Tuscany for the first time next year and I need some help with our second week.
I'm looking for self catering accommodation with a pool (not bothered if it's shared) where we don't have to rely on driving to the nearest town on an evening if we want to go out. I want somewhere we can walk to a bar or restaurants on an evening. I'm flexible as to which area we stay in but ideally don't want to be more than 2/3 hours drive from Pisa as we'll be flying home from there. Every place I've seen seems to be isolated.
Has anyone self catered in Tuscany recently and can recommend anywhere?
