Hi, we stayed at Globales Nova Apartment in June this year. Plently of families were staying there. We booked through Travel Republic. Apartments were very clean and quite spacious and really close to the beach.

The Nova apartments does look a really good choice for us. At the moment it seems not many places are letting you book past July next year! I can get the flights easy enough but I've never done flights and hotel seperately before and am worried that they may change the hotel we want and then we are left with the flights if we cancel the hotel!

Cobax, did you book a sea view? We prefer to be high up and the sea view is not much more money!

Hi, Yes we booked a sea view. We also rang the hotel couple of days before we arrived just to confirm they had our booking and again asked them for sea view on upper floor which we got. Our apartment was on next to top floor and had lovely view. The only problem with the apartments is the number of trees around the pool area block the view unless you are on the upper floors.

I stayed at the Tropico Playa hotel a few years ago and it was brill. Right on the beach and very family orientated.

As an update I've just booked the Viva Palma Nova for 14 nights!
We were going to book the Globales Nova and when I first looked got it with a sea view for about £1850 but the wife said wait and see if the price goes down so we did wait and when looking again it was £2200!!! lol
Oh well, it seems the Viva Palmanova is a nice place so hopefully we'll be ok. It's a package deal too so we should be covered if they try and change the hotel!!!

urrm i am also looking for an apartment for late june - I havnt been to Mallorca for 4 years now things must of changed quite a bit there
