first question the euro is not going to be in Bulgaria before current estimate 2014.
next prices vary all over the resort however two people can probably have a good meal and a few drinks and still have change out of £25.
beer can still be got at 1lev if you stick to local brands, current exchange rates are about 2.20 to the pound.cigarettes are on average 24 pounds for 200 hope this gives you some idea of prices.

in answer to your question about what is there activity wise you can go on jeep safari ,hire quad bikes to go on trip up mountains , jet ski , parascend , horse riding, in answer to your question have we been to sunny beach the answer is yes we have been going to Bulgaria since 1989 although we now prefer to stay outside the resort .
