New to posting on here but have viewed your posts for years gather useful info before my trips away. I have been to Goa 4 times most recently nearly 3 years ago. I am hoping to return to volunteer for 3/4 months around December time. So I have a few questions....
Firsty I have made enquires with CWT, they appear to be well organised and I think I would enjoy working there as I have visited on previous visits to donate. Does anyone have any other organisations they might recommend or think might be suitable ? I am looking to work in a social / child care setting.
Secondly - I have previously stayed in Candolim but only as a 2 week holiday maker. Can anyone suggest accomodation either in Candolim or Baga for 3/4 months from Dec/Jan. Cost is obviously an issue but I need a place that is on the main road or a safe well lit road for bus access and that is also nice enough to relax in on my days off. Ideas please ?
Any others thoughts or suggestions welcome.
