hi,can anyone help,we booked flights,and hotel with travelrepublic,to tunisa,07,09,11,for one week,when we got there the hotel was closed,and had been since march 2011,we had not been told of this,and only found out when we got to hotel,we have been going to this hotel for the last 4years,if we had of been told of this,we would not of gone,we had to make our way to the hotel next door to see if they knew anyone we could ring,which they didnt,my girlfriend and i rang travelrepubic,which cost my girlfriend £60 in calls,i myself have not had my bill yet,we just wanted to come home,we stayed in the hotel next door next,which travelrepubic paid for,the food was not good,some nights we went else where for something to eat,the entertainment,was crap,when they put it on,how do i stand of claiming my money,and lose of money back,mike
