If you're staying on a complex, just ask the restaurant/bar staff/reception They will know where to send you, or probably would be able to order one for you!

Not sure where you staying in Carmen, but the Spar supermarket near the San Antonio hotel sometime has
cakes in, if not come out of there and turn right and walk about 4-5 minutes and there is a small supermarket
on the left with a cake stand at the back inside.
