Can anyone help?

I hired a car in Malta and gave my visa card number.

I have had a charge on my Visa that turns out to be from the car hire company. When I have queried it it turns out I have a speeding fine and so the car hire company have charged me.

The problem I have is despite phoming the car hire and e mailing they have not passed any details to me of date, time speed etc. I have phoned them and the won't tell me over the phone, I have e mailed them asking for details but I have had no reply.

If i have been caught speeding it was definately not intentional - but I am beggining to feel that I am being ripped off as they wont provide me with proof.

Does anyone have an idea on how I can get this?
