the way I see it - I work pretty hard for most of the year. If I don't have a holiday to look forward to then I'm basically only working to pay for boring things. Although we don't go on this years hol for almost 2 months I am vaguely planning a new yr trip and also next summers holiday.

I think about the Greek islands every day, have at least 2 or 3 I've not been to stacked up that I want to go to! I research on the net and have piles of guide books and brochures by my bed

i love looking for holidays , not sure if hubby and myself will get our holidays together for next year as yet , but i am looking into perhaps just a few weekends away (bank holidays ) and then maybe new year 2012 away somewhere like egypt

I think I'm addicted to holidays as well. i love them , short breaks, city breaks, holidays in the sun, package holidays DIY holidays. train holidays you name it,- I love them all.
Oh well, suppose there are worse things to be addicted to.

I'm just packing as we fly 7.20am tomorrow and I even love packing!!!! Friends laugh at me as in their eyes I pack late but everything is clean hanging in the wardrobe I just have to roll it up and tuck it in to case - besides it leaves me more time to look on net, contribute to forums and even look to see where is next on my holiday agenda!!!

mind you the weather here looks to be much hotter and no clouds or rain which is more than can be said for the weather forcasted for Salou for the next 10 days!! Hey ho - I'll still enjoy it

I am obsessed with holidays too, I drive my husband mad sometimes. He never had a holiday until 5 years ago but I have gone on them since I was a baby, I used to pretend I was a travel agent as a child so I have been holiday mad since then!

It is one of the reasons I come on holiday forums too

I planned a day trip next month and I'm glad I did.

I am also obsessed with researching holidays and can spend hours!!! For once, we have got all next years sorted and booked so can relax.
February-- Ibiza for 4 days and a stop off in Barcelona on the way back (no direct flights to Ibiza in winter)
March - Egypt
June - Ibiza
September- Lake Garda
Think I've surpassed myself!!!!! Actually, the February trip took hours to organise and involved 3 different airlines. Think I spent all day on the laptop and the relief when it was all done......

I'm always planning a holiday and I always like to have one booked. I think I may as well spend some of my money and have something to look forward to otherwise why do I work all the time?!

I constantly think about holidays too.

My other half works long hours and we spend very little time together so I like to plan everything for our one break away each year.
