No, I don't think it is.

Some people have, over a number of years, built up a good relationship with a particular taxi driver and know they won't be ripped off if they want to make a quick trip from, say, Calangute to Candolim whereas if you jump in any old taxi, they may try to charge you way over the odds.

I think its better with a taxi driver you know wont rip you off AND is a safe driver
i still have nightmares about the time we got one from the airport to calangute....we were on 2 wheels all the way !!!!!!!

There MUST be 2 months/60days between visits. They will not let you off a week, if you require to go back before, you have to seek permission from HCI and give reasons for the early return.
