Crete has some good beaches and loads of historical sites, Rhodes also has the same, but for these two places, 2 weeks is never enough.

Skiathos is great for a beach holiday and you can get lost in the maze of streets in Skiathos town, but not a lot of history to the island due to earthquakes.

Agree with Rhodes, lots of things to do and great scenery.
