I don't know about that particular hotel, but most hotels can provide a fridge on request. They usually waive any charge if it is for medication.

It may be worth dropping them an email.

Whether a mini bar would be cold enough, some mini bars are glorified cupboards with minimal cooling while others are temperature controlled.

Differant meds need different temps, does it just need to be kept cool in a fridge, or under a certain temperature? Find out the exact temp if it needs one and as advised, contact hotel and ask what the temp of there fridge is. If its just cool then you don't have anything to worry about.
