Yes,Customers of ICR also get the free breakfast but with it spreading like wildfire it may end up being the morning after an evening meal which I think will be better.

Cubana is next door to the Ekinci Palace apartments.
If you cross the road at Azra jewellers and walk up towards the village turn left when you reach the Love Star restaurant on the corner.
Its about 4 places along from there.
My husband had several TBone steaks in here and said it was the best he has ever tasted.It was more like a joint of meat.
They gave us a voucher for breakfast or lunch the next day.Only drinks had to be paid for.
