Anyone used Jetline?

After hours of searching around internet it seems pretty sketchy as to how good or bad this company is. They have great offers on cruises but that is no use if there are serious issues with trying to deal with them. Has anyone used them and if so what was your experience?

Thanks for your reply. I had already found that thread but alas it still gives us nothing concrete to go on. Would love to hear real experiences with this mob.
