Thanks Doe. We may go to both Soho Square and Naama bay, depending on what Helen thinks as she's coming with us and she's been before. Didn't realise she'd been to Soho square which is why I asked about it here
I think they are both worth a visit to be honest Shirley. You will get less hassle at Soho Square, but then there is also a lot less to see there, Naama Bay is a lot bigger and the main, shopping, eating and drinking hub. The only really bad place for hassle is if you enter Naama Bay at the top of the main drag, where all the taxis are.
It can be quite a fun place in some ways and generally speaking once you are actually in a bar or a restaurant it is hassle free it's only when you are walking down the various streets that people will be speaking to you trying to get you to go into their bar/restaurant/shop etc
