We leave any inflatables, suncream, aftersun and toiletries. I often offer the toiletries to the maids.

we always leave lilos, suncreams shampoos etc and i think last year i left an almost full bottle of my favourite perfume by accident as ive never found it since, gutted!!

First thing to get left is always beach towels, they are so cheap to buy these days. Then anything that I think I won't wear again like vest tops or flip flops.

I haven't left my towel in the past but this year I've bought one from Primark, £6, as any beach activity will be minimal and plan on leaving it behind.

I too leave toiletries, shower scrunchy etc. We either buy ourselves new toothbrushes and take our old ones or buy a couple of cheap ones and leave those.

hi...I do that....buy the tesco tooth brushes...were 10p each ...so bought a handfull...so can just throw them before I come home...

When the kids were little they wouldnt come home without there buckets and spades and the football...and I live right next to a beach...so they would get used...but it was on a coach home ...so no problem....lilos ect we bought some... but there was a comunal pile which had been left by others when they went home...which my lot made good use of...and we added ours to that when we left...

I only leave toiletries if they are nearly empty... or I hear my nan's words all the way home "look after the pennies and the pounds look after themselves" and "waste not want not" and "what you turn your nose up to today...you'll be glad of tommorrow"

Think if I went somewhere like India or cuba I would leave the lot....and Id see my nan smiling at me all the way home.

This might be a bit controversial....but if not enough room in the case...leave hubby behind and use his case as well...plenty of room then.. ....tweetie
