It's a few years since I stayed here and Turkish Baths aren't really my thing, but this hotels Hamman was really well thought of and I believe They will take bookings from non-residents.
It's really easy to find as well just ask anyone it's one of the premier hotels in Olu and well known. The Hamman used to be near the beach front entrance end of it you will probably have to pass security and tell them you want to go in and book a Hamman, as it is an AI and the staff normally look out for the appropriate wristband.

We went to the Hammam where Doe linked to.
Absolutely fab and a 'must' - was the best tan I have ever had and it lasted ages too. We paid extra and had a 'his 'n' hers' oil massage after which finished it (and us) off nicely!
