Severe weather has affected Eastern Bulgaria. I returned from Albena Resort on Thursday as storm was brewing, It led to 6 Hotels near the Balata Reserve being evacuated, the worst Hotel to be affect6ed is the Hotel Gergana, where people were airlifted from, this hotel is now tilting and cannot be used. In the city of Dobrich the Bus Station and the Kauffland Supermarket area is under a metre of water 3 deaths recorded there so far. The area south of the Asparuvovo Bridge (Varna) mass destruction, roads torn up, properties wrecked hundreds of cars ruined and 10 deaths, with many missing. Hotel report to follow later.
