Just tell her to look at the screens when she enters departures, all the desk numbers are indicated plus the screens above the desks are bright orange, she'll not miss them!

Thanks, Darren - I told her to look for the notice boards but I thought that if I could give her some idea of which way she would be heading it might help.

as she enters terminal 1 from the bus drop off etc and passes some internal coffee shops etc she should head for the lifts, which are on the left after a couple of hundred yards.

Head for level 5 (if my memory is correct) and follow everyone else - Easyjet speedy and normal checkin is to the right of the entrance to the security checking area.

Thanks for the info. TFS1. I haven't used Terminal 1 for years so couldn't remember which way to turn.
