I know this might sound like a daft question, but does anyone know of a place that does a traditional xmas dinner in Bangkok. We live in India most of the year but we are in Thailand for 5 days over the xmas period.
Thanks
John
Sorry I can't help but when we tried to cost NYE dinners they were an absolute fortune in many places. You might find the same for Christmas.
Lucky you by the way

Thanks Fiona, had a look at a few hotels and your right the prices are extortionate.
You did get a really nice Thai meal which was no different in price from any other day. So if you were happy with Thai food you would be ok. I wonder if any of the traditional Thai restaurants will put on a special? I'll have a look at the ones I have used.

Cabbages and Condoms is worth going to at some time. Their decorations are very unique.

You might get some joy at a number of the supposedly english style Pubs in Bangkok. I think the Huntsman at the Landmark hotel is doing some traditional festive fayre.
the Huntsman was so disappointing the last time we went. The prices have rocketed- extortianate at the best of times now. Such a pity.
I did a quick google and there are quite a few British style pubs doing Christmas meals (though not necessarily Christmas Day). This one looks interesting
