I am here to look for some advice of how to get a good rate for hotel group bookings. I have been organizing some good UK tours for a couple of years through other travel agent. Basically I do the most works, such as marketing, accepting bookings, collecting fares, except for hotel bookings. I decided to organize it my own completely, however I don't know how to get a good rate for group hotel bookings. Should I just call each hotel and ask for the best rate they can offer, or I could join some sorts of travel agency group to get the best rate automatically?
