The weather is hot in comparison to the UK. However, it isn't as hot as in July or August. You might not want to swim as the water is probably cold, but it is still sunny, so you can sunbathe.

We went end of last September and weather was very good. We had a little bit of rain for one day and it started quite heavy on the day we left.

Warm enough to sunbathe without it being too uncomfortable.

But - I've been there at that time a few years ago and we had quite mixed weather - never cold, but not very sunny. I think it could be a bit of pot luck.

We have had it hot and stormy and always had a swim in the med at that time of year, probably as hot as English sea in summer
