I guess that the one advantage of the 60 day rule is that not many people could take advantage so the deals are extremely cheap.
You would have needed to apply for your VISA as late as possible to take a November holiday and to left India by December 11th or arranged one on the off chance you might get a late deal. Not likely really.
It's also flight only so you have the prospect of having to arrange your own accommodation too, probably when you get there and that might work out more expensive than bargained for.
No need to feel envious as I doubt they will sell the tickets
